About the job

Be a disability gamechanger and come and join our Leeds Employment Team.  As Team Leader, you will support the successful delivery of our Employment Services based from our Leeds Office. Reporting to the Employment Team Manager, you will take responsibility for the line management of a team of Employment and Partnership Advisers providing effective supervision, coaching and guidance to these staff, ensuring the service KPI’s are met and undertaking delivery of support to customers provided where required

About you

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader with demonstrable employability sector knowledge within the field of disability. You will have line management experience or can demonstrate you are ready for your next challenge.

With effective organisation and communication skills as well as facilitation and training abilities, you will also show that you have a flexible approach and can respond positively to change and the challenges and opportunities this brings. The ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with conflicting priorities will allow you to succeed within this role.

You will bring drive and enthusiasm to your role and can demonstrate that you care passionately about improving disabled people's lives through employment. With excellent negotiation skills, you will be able to positively influence at all levels. You will be dynamic, and results driven and be able to evidence performance across a range of outcomes.

It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office Products and are confident user of digital technology demonstrating a positive approach to the adoption of innovative products and tools.
