Sector Development Manager

Action4Youth is a leading youth infrastructure charity in Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.  We are looking to recruit a full time Sector Development Manager to work as part of the Senior Management Team.  They will be responsible for supporting sector organisations across Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes to create and sustain excellent models of youth provision. 

The successful candidate must be an outstanding communicator with vision and drive and they must be passionate about developing the potential of young people.
