Sense has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Learning and Development team as a Learning and Development People Partner for Leadership and Management.
Initially, this role will be homeworking, but will require regular travel to our offices at Sense Touchbase Pears Selly Oak, Birmingham, our head office at Kings Cross London and other Sense locations across the England, Wales and Northern Ireland post pandemic. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
The Learning and Development People Partner: Leadership and Management Development role is responsible for ensuring that leaders and managers working in social care, retail and our charitable work, have access to a high quality, fit for purpose suite of learning activities and resources that support them in meeting their objectives.
Key skills and experience required
Leadership and Management Qualification to level 5 (or above) or equivalent experience
Adult/workplace trainer or teacher qualification to level 3 (or above) or equivalent experience
Proven experience of designing and facilitating innovative leadership and management activities and resources
Experience of sourcing, commissioning and procuring face to face and technology based learning interventions
Proven experience in delivering training opportunities and resources that meet and promote the principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Able and willing to travel within England, Wales and Northern Ireland as needed to fulfil the role requirements.
