Sense has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our small but busy team as a Senior HR Advisor.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week at our new centre TouchBase Pears in Selly Oak Birmingham.

Salary: Circa £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
About the role
This is a varied role that will see the successful candidate actively involved in a wide range of HR functions and projects across the organisation. You will take a lead role in analysing data from a range of employee issues, produce reports and support on major projects.
In addition, you will be the first point of contact for our Retail and Charity teams, offering support and guidance on a range of HR matters, policies, and procedures.
You will also assume line management responsibilities for a team of three in the absence of the Advice Team Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have a wealth of proven and up to date knowledge of case law, employment law and best practice.
You will have excellent customer service skills, and be used to dealing with a high volume of queries, complaints and have experience of being a front facing HR advisor.
We are looking for a confident, approachable communicator with a customer focused attitude who is able to build strong relationships with managers across the organisation. You will be IT literate and have experience using the full Microsoft Office suite and HR databases.
You will be willing to travel nationally, in order to meet with and maintain the relationships with our customers.
