Service Delivery Co-ordinator

Based in Nottingham 35 hours per week (to include weekend working during periods of high demand). 11 month contract.


We are seeking an enthusiastic person to co-ordinate first aid & ambulance support at public events and in emergency response situations. You will need to provide daily co-ordination of the service whilst offering a high standard of service delivery. Previous experience of working in the voluntary sector is essential.  You will be required to work closely with existing and new volunteers, event organisers and external agencies; therefore excellent communication skills are required as well as PC skills. You will be required to attend various meetings that can at times take place in the evenings and at weekends.


You must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a successful team. You will need to have the ability to manage your own time and workload and respond to and prioritise a range of competing demands.  A full and valid driving licence and the use of a car is a requirement as some travel is required within the area.

We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives
