Service Development Manager at Linden Hall Community Centre
As our Service Development Manager you will need excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to support and motivate staff and volunteers. Ideally, you will have experience in the voluntary sector and working with older people.
Linden Hall Community Centre, TW12 2JG, ideally located by Hampton train station, serves the local communities of Hampton and Hampton Hill. We have two main objectives: to run a day time social club for the over 60s three times a week; and to run and develop our Community Centre.
We are looking for a dynamic Service Development Manager to run the Centre, who has an ability to set things up and maintain them, who will engage and inspire those around them. We want someone who can create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our Centre and has an ability to get things done. Our objective is for local clubs, charities and individuals to take advantage of our excellent facilities so a central element of the role is to promote and develop the use of the hall.
We are recruiting for a full time post but we are open to job share requests.
Annual Leave: 20 days leave plus bank holidays
