This post supports Health and Social Care teams across the Thames Valley area. The postholder will ensure that all the Health and Social care services which are delivered across Thames Valley are supported to enable them to operate effectively and meet the demands of contractual requirements. The postholder will provide support for all the Performance Monitoring and evaluation activity for all contracted H&SC services.
On a day to day basis, work with the Service Manager to provide administrative support for the Health and Social care teams. To provide support for all Performance Monitoring requirements and ensuring data is imputed correctly and on time.
The postholder will work Monday-Friday, however, working hours per day can be agreed.
The post-holder will act as contingency to support Health and Social care teams across the area as necessary.
