10 hours per week, 12pm - 2pm Monday - Friday
£19,201 pro rata
 + 3% pension [£5,486 per annum based on 10 hours a week]
25 days annual leave pro rata per year (increasing by one day per year until you reach a maximum of 30)

The role

You’ll work in a team of two, to oversee lunch times at Share. You’ll supervise the overall management of the dining area, promoting an orderly and pleasant environment for all, as well as facilitating fun activities that our students can take part in. You’ll support our students (adults with learning disabilities and autism) to enjoy their lunchbreak, make new friends, relax and have fun. Part of the role will also involve operating the till, taking payments and serving lunch.

  • Be ceative, energetic, fun, enthusiastic and motivating
  • Have a strong commitment to the inclusion of disabled people
  • Be able to use initiative to problem solve and think on your feet

Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and autism, would be an advantage.
