Job Description

We are a vibrant, happy charity looking for an extremely organised and diligent individual who can provide PA support to our People and Projects Manager and Chief Executive. You’ll provide support with specific tasks relating to fundraising, supporting our Board of Trustees, and the running of our annual events. You’ll support the recruitment and on-boarding of staff and volunteers, organising training, co-ordinating staff cover, organising internal and external meetings and taking minutes.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent ICT skills, be conscientious with excellent communication skills and good at managing their own time and different priorities. You’ll be confident in taking initiative when needed and you’ll enjoy working as part of a friendly and energetic team.

We’re based near Clapham Junction in a fully accessible building. We welcome applications from all sectors of the community and positively value diversity.

Share HQ, 64 Altenburg Gardens, London, SW11 1JL

21 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend work (one evening every 2 months is required). Working days to be agreed with successful candidate.


£23,500 pro rata, plus 3% pension contribution

Annual Leave:
25 days per year (increasing by one day per year until you reach a maximum of 30)
