Job Description

This is new and exciting role sits within our strategic advice and support team, winning and delivering contracted work to improve, grow and diversify Shared Lives and Homeshare. The work this post delivers will be funded through contracts with the NHS and its partners (not grant funded). It requires a high degree of entrepreneurialism and commercial awareness, aligned to a team ethos and co-produced way of working which promote and celebrate the contribution of  people with lived experience.

The successful candidate will:

1. Develop, market and secure commissions for Strategic Advice and Support partnerships, with a focus on the health sector and integrated care, meeting agreed annual targets 

2. Work with the NHS and its partners to deliver high quality Strategic Advice and Support projects with a focus on developing Shared Lives as a healthcare and integrated care solution

3. Support our team and local areas to use asset-based approaches and to co-produce their work with people who use health and care services and their families.

4. Contribute to the health, sustainability and ethical development of Shared Lives Plus.
