About the role
Our digital fundraising team’s aim is to equip the fundraising directorate with everything they need to support their plans through digital means and allow us to significantly and sustainably grow the income that supports our vision and operations. This particular role will see you help the Digital Fundraising Manager deliver and manage the team’s digital interconnectivity work streams and new projects incubator. Your primary focus will be on organising and supporting a network of new digital fundraising activities, including interconnected fundraising products and third party relationships. We’ll also rely on you to source and deliver new ideas and activities and manage their integration into our Income Generation Division. That will involve providing support to digital fundraising team and other stakeholders across the division, including reporting on KPIs for new products across several teams. In short, get ready for plenty of variety.
Used to playing your part in high profile and innovative digital campaigns, you’ll also need experience of working on fundraising-led partnerships content development or in a similar commercial capacity. Proactive, results-driven and commercially aware, you have lots of creativity and are not afraid to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas when appropriate. What’s more, you have what it takes to focus on and understand the needs of internal and external customers, clients and other stakeholders and strive to deliver a prompt, effective and personalised service each and every time.
