About the role
There are so many exciting things happening here, not least, a major transformation and investment in our fundraising. The housing crisis has become a national emergency – one that demands fearless, ambitious action. Now is the moment to act together with one purpose. That’s why we have a clear target within our new strategy to find and implement solutions that tackle that emergency and the challenges surrounding it. Not only will you be part of a highly relevant and forward-looking national movement, you’ll have strategic responsibility for building and managing our Supporter Retention and Development programme. You’ll also help deliver the tangible results that will bring about vital social change and a brighter future for those in housing need. Put simply, you’ll be at the heart of an award-winning fundraising team that’s ambitious, driven and life changing.
So, if you have significant experience of managing and evolving a substantial Support Retention and Development Programme, including using digital fundraising channels and managing a team, as well as external suppliers and agencies, we’d love to hear from you.
The wide range of benefits we offer include 30 days of annual leave, enhanced family friendly policies, pension and interest free travel loans. Our employees also have access to a tenancy deposit loan, cycle to work scheme and an employee assistance programme. You’ll have the opportunity to create a personal development plan too, as well as receive external mentoring support if you want it. And, as mentioned above, flexible working is a definite possibility.
