About the Role
We operate a thriving Hub of client-focused services in the city centre where people can access a range of advice and support. This includes legal advice and representation, housing related support services and an Information and Resource facility. Each service aims to empower clients to make decisions and take action for themselves by providing legal advice, referrals and signposting, advocacy and practical support. Your challenge will be to oversee the administration of the Hub and ensure the effective day-to-day running of the office and administration team. We’ll also rely on you to manage the collection, storage and interpretation of data and reporting relating to the hub and its outcomes. This will involve attending meetings to represent the hub, producing reports and implementing projects to improve service delivery. Put simply, you won't be short of interest and variety.
A great opportunity to make the most of your office management skills, your experience of analysing data, writing reports and performing complex analysis will have every chance to shine. So too will your proven ability to manage others. Proactive, creative and innovative, you're commercially aware too. What/s more, you're not afraid challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas and processes where appropriate. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications is important too, as is a typing speed of at least 50wpm. But, if you can bring all that and are able to work collaboratively and respond well to change, this rewarding role could be yours.
