The aim of the role is to ensure that every client can access their full range of rights through working effectively with other internal/external providers so that they can move to a more settled way of living.
The Project Worker role will be to support people experiencing marginalisation or disadvantage resulting from homelessness, poverty, substance misuse, mental health problems or social isolation to achieve settled and healthier lives. The role focuses on supporting clients to move on in a safe, sustainable and healthy way. The Project Worker reports directly to the Resettlement Manager and plays a key role in delivering SIFA Fireside’s vision.
A key aspect of this role is to work effectively in partnership with the wider team to help clients to access accommodation, training, education, and employment opportunities. You will be working with clients to remove any barriers to accessing these opportunities.
