Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Haywards Heath, UK
Contract: Permanent - Full time (4 day working will be considered)
Sightsavers Global Trusts Fundraising team are expanding and eager to bring in an Administrative Assistant to help with the growth and provide day-to-day administrative support to this area of the organisation.
As the Administrative Assistant you will maintain the fundraising database to ensure it is up to date and that the records for all Trusts and Foundations are accurate and consistent. You will prepare and administer general correspondence to ensure excellent supporter care, manage mailings that include data pull, mails merges and printing.
This role will also support the Head of Major Donors and Trusts by setting up meetings, managing guest lists for events and assist the productions of the annual highlights report.
As the successful candidate you will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, possess a background in a similar Administrative role and have experience of mail merges, CRM systems, and be proficient in Excel and Word.
