An exceptional Fundraising Manager with varied experience to lead a small team and manage a diverse fundraising portfolio, bringing together the best and most effective ways to increase income.
Your team will build on our excellent reputation and established relationships within the local community alongside developing our business partnerships. This role also includes individual giving, challenge events fundraising and you will work alongside the Statutory & Trusts Manager to develop corporate support.
Our ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a proven track record of acquiring and maintaining strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and supporters, implementing and managing projects and budgets as well as an innate ability to motivate and support team members. You will be a resourceful, enthusiastic multi-tasker and a confident communicator with sterling presentation skills. As part of a small team, a successful candidate will be someone who thrives when working autonomously.
The position, based at our offices in Brentwood, would offer the right candidate an excellent opportunity to make their mark on a growing charity. SNAP (Special Needs And Parents) supports Essex families who have children, aged 0-25, with any special need or disability. We aim to inform, encourage and support parents so that they can grow in strength and knowledge and become better equipped to give the best possible help to their children. At the heart of our work we aim to help and empower the whole family, enabling them to meet the challenges they face.
Ultimately your experience will help us develop one of the best supporter and volunteering experiences for those wishing to dedicate their time, energy and money to our cause. Through your experience and understanding of the third sector you will play a key role in the continued development and implementation of our fundraising strategy.
