Job description

We are embarking on a transformative moment for The OutHouse when we will begin to deliver our advocacy and wellbeing services into new target districts across Greater Essex over the next three years by co-producing with the community.  This role (maternity cover for 12 months) will be central to delivering services in collaobarion with our community to continue to the running of the existing service and support the successful expansion of our services.

We were founded as The Colchester Gay Switchboard and over the past 47 years we have continued to evolve to meet the needs of the local LGBTQ+ community. Today, The OutHouse is built upon the legacy of the hard work and dedication of the hundreds of local LGBTQ+ community members who came before us. This legacy drives us forward.

Representing our Community
