We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to our Locality, reporting to the Service Delivery Administration Manager, with support from the Service Delivery Coach.
Position: S11125 Service Delivery Administrator
Location: Home-based Cornwall (applicants are required to live in the Southwest) occasional travel maybe required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work -related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 12 hours per week (flexible working available)
Salary: Circa £6,801 per annum (FTE circa £19,838)
Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2026. Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.

The Role

About You
You will have:
· A proven track record of proactively supporting a team and demonstrable experience in administration.
· Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· The skills to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
· Experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals

About this key role
As Women’s Services Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the custody-based team within HMP Peterborough as well as to the wider community-based contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver women’s services in East of England. You will also be expected to monitor and manage the receipt of referrals from National Probation Service through the Customer Approved System (CAS) and ensure all inputting through CAS is accurate and within agreed timescales, while also providing activity reports to the Service Manager on a regular basis.
You will also be counted on to be the primary point of contact for all enquiries, external and internal, to ensure communication channels are clear and effective, plus to develop and maintain processes for recording and monitoring resource allocation and to provide administration for meetings as directed by the Team Leader, including bookings, invitations and minute-taking.
What we are looking for
- Experience of managing Customer Relationship Management systems, including inputting data and creating reports.
- Proven record of identifying risk and allocating cases to the appropriate WWC.
- Experience of working in services which provide support to people who have faced adversity and disadvantage.
- An understanding of the barriers faced by people with complex and multiple needs.
- Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle or willingness to travel within the area.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A flexible, professional and collaborative approach to your work.

We are seeking a Housing Administrator to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional administrative support for specialised supported housing services.

The aim of the project is to reduce dependency on the foodbank by maximising income and helping clients to seek debt/budgeting advice.
Citizens Advice Barnet is a local charity giving free and confidential advice to everyone who lives, works, or studies in Barnet. We are an independently registered charity, a member of the Citizens Advice network, and a London Legal Support Trust Centre of Excellence. We offer generalist advice on debt, work, benefits, immigration, housing and more and specialist casework on benefits, debt, work and immigration. Last year we helped 13,110 people with 41,802 problems, over 50% more people than the previous year.

It will involve helping to organise fundraising events, working with volunteers and encouraging community fundraising opportunities.
Main duties:
- To help raise awareness of 2wish and the work we do in England
- To work alongside the support team in England, Phase I and to build on the reputation of 2wish
- Research, approach and engage community groups and local supporters using mechanisms for engaging their support to develop additional sources of income
