Role overview: as the Director of RAK, you'll lead our organisation in supporting refugees and asylum seekers in South West London to lead fulfilled and independent lives. Proposals for hybrid working will be considered. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership
- Developing and implementing annual plans aligned with our strategy, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, to achieve desired outcomes.
- Maintaining efficient systems for the charity's operations, ensuring good governance and financial sustainability.

Fundraising
- Developing and executing RAK's fundraising strategy, exploring new avenues to diversify funding sources.

- Focus on growing unrestricted funds to reduce reliance on grants.
Advocacy and Influencing
- Cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders to amplify the impact of RAK's work.

Managing a high-performing team of two, you will be responsible for the financial management of the organisation, including longer term financial planning and critical strategic leadership.
The key duties of this Director of Finance role are as follows:
- Be at the forefront of the development and implementation of the charity’s long-term financial plan and longer-term business planning.
- Full responsibility for the production of the annual budget and regular reforecasts.

- Coordinate the monthly management accounts production, including the development of the management information pack with supporting variance analysis and commentaries.

This brilliant role will suit someone who has previous experience working in a senior finance role, ideally in the charity sector, who is now looking for the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a growing charity whilst adding value in new areas. The charity is currently operating on a hybrid working model, with opportunities to work from home for up to four days per week, although flexible arrangements can be negotiated for the right candidate.

- Achieved their full accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience.

The Director of Development and External Affairs will lead the fundraising, audiences, and communications teams and support the direction of strategic plans for the Museum. The Director will determine a strategic plan for commercial opportunities within the remit of the role including corporate sponsorship, hire and hospitality, filming and photography location shooting, as well as fundraising revenue streams. You will manage both capital and revenue income targets and support an experienced team to increase visitor attendance to achieve c. 400,000 visitors per year. The interim Director of People will be responsible for overseeing and leading on the delivery of the People Teams business as usual activities and the delivery of the People Plan priorities in addition to line management of the direct reports.
- Own and oversee the core HR systems & technology and ensure data integrity across all employee platforms working towards a goal of improving the employee self-service experience and a manager’s self-service platform.

Respect is a pioneering UK membership organisation in the domestic abuse sector. Founded in 2000, we have built our expertise over the last 23 years in what was then a fledgling sector.
Our vision is to end domestic abuse. It's a simple ask and a daunting task. We know it will take generations of hard work to get there. Aims:

- Ensure that immediate bereavement support is available for all affected by the sudden death of a child or young person

Context of role:
The Director of Operations is a Senior Leadership role supporting the CEO in the strategic leadership and management of 2wish. We are in an exciting transition period where the organisation is expanding and this is a new role in our staff team that has been created to support our ambitious CEO to deliver our new strategic plan whilst ensuring we maintain operational excellence and high performance.

Annual leave:

Developing Health & Independence (DHI) is a charity that helps disadvantaged and vulnerable people turn lives around, stand on their own feet and reduce dependency. We do this because we believe everyone should have the chance to achieve their potential to make a valuable contribution to society.
We help young people and adults overcome structural barriers and self-limiting behaviours that are holding them back. Our clients are often disadvantaged or living at the margins, meaning they are disproportionately affected by substance misuse, homelessness, offending, mental health issues and other factors that contribute to social exclusion.

Purpose
This role will report to the Senior Project Manager, Learning & Innovations Unit, and will be responsible for providing executive assistance to both the Deputy Director (DD) and the Finance & Operations Director (F&OD). The main duties include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence and assisting with the management of projects that both Directors are involved in.
