Main Duties of the Role
- To ensure the smooth running of the office on a day–to-day basis
- To ensure a professional approach when meeting and greeting visitors, responding to enquiries by telephone, by e-mail, in writing and in person from members of the public. This includes taking and confirming bookings, issuing reminders and appointment slips.
- To assist with maintaining and updating database information, carer registrations, emergency cards, records and filing systems both manual and computerized, ensuring that data handling complies with GDPR requirements.
- To assist with the production of monitoring and evaluation reports, extracting statistical information from database.
- To organise venues, agendas and minute-taking of meetings as required by Enfield Carers Centre.
- To attend appropriate meetings as identified by the line manager.
- To assist with the organisation of events, including ensuring the readiness of leaflets for information stands at partner events and outreach work.
- To assist with training events and activities held at Enfield Carers Centre including liaising with sessional workers/trainers/speakers preparing room set-up, refreshments and set up of Zoom
- To lead on matters relating to office management including supporting the CEO and ensuring the office adheres to health and safety compliance issues
- To assist in maintaining ECC’s electronic database, website and email system e.g. ensuring events are uploaded and attendance data kept up to date
- To act in accordance with all policies and procedures laid down by Enfield Carers Centre.
The ideal candidate must have:

The Role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will work with the Lloyds Bank Foundation’s Systems Manager to deliver the Salesforce roadmap for 2024-2025 in an effective and timely manner.
-You will contribute to the delivery of Salesforce projects, which include new external system integrations.
-You will work as part of the team to decommission the system thorough which we currently administer our Matched Giving programme and transition the programme to Salesforce.
-You will contribute to the maintenance and development of existing Salesforce grant management processes.
-You will manage and support users, including creating and maintaining training materials.
-You’ll be a self-starter and a motivated member of the team, who is unphased by working to deadlines or under pressure and has a good eye for detail, enabling us to deliver our emerging programme of work with excellence.
About You
To be considered as a Salesforce Administrator, you will need:
-Salesforce Admin certification.
-Demonstrable experience working in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud or Nonprofit Success Pack in Salesforce Lightning, including the configuration of flows, data management and integrity, user management and support.
-Experience with the implementation of external system integrations.
-Strong organisational and project management skills.
-Experience identifying and gathering requirements from users and stakeholders.
-Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to positively engage with stakeholders and Salesforce users internally and externally.
-Experience providing user training and developing effective training materials.

About this key role
As Women’s Services Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the custody-based team within HMP Peterborough as well as to the wider community-based contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver women’s services in East of England. You will also be expected to monitor and manage the receipt of referrals from National Probation Service through the Customer Approved System (CAS) and ensure all inputting through CAS is accurate and within agreed timescales, while also providing activity reports to the Service Manager on a regular basis.

The role
The Regional Administrator will be responsible for the day to day running of the local office, managing referrals calls from people who are bereaved, supporting volunteers with service delivery and ensuring effective recording and management of relevant systems and processes.

Description: To support engagement activities and respond to contacts from key stakeholders. To assist the Provincial Support team and the Masonic Support Department with the delivery of all activities, in particular working closely with external stakeholders and volunteers who play a central role in ensuring the award of grants to individuals.
Hours: 34 hours per week (early finish on Fridays)
Hybrid:Work from home two days per week
Salary: £27,664 - £30,105 (depending on experience)
Holiday:25 days (rising to 30 after 5 years’ service), plus additional 3 days to be taken between Christmas and New Year

MLC Partners are exclusively working with a Charitable organisation to recruit their HR Administrator based in Central London. This is a temp to permanent opportunity and will suit a dynamic and proactive senior administrator with a strong desire to pursue a HR career.
This role will support a newly formed people team and give you the opportunity to help shape the future of the HR function across the organisation. Ideally you will have experience in HR recruitment administration and an understanding/experience within the Charity sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a first point of contact, coordinating recruitment, absence monitoring and contributing to ad hoc projects
- Ensure records, systems and data are maintained in compliance with the charities processes and in accordance with data protection legislation
- Coordinate the administrative processes for new starters and leavers
- Ensuring the colleague lifecycle activities are managed appropriately and consistently, including the training of new members
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrated experience of delivering effective administrative support, ideally within a human resources or related / similar discipline
- Proven experience of securing pre-employment / pre-engagement vetting checks (e.g. right to work and DBS)
- Demonstrated experience of handling sensitive and confidential communication, information and data
- Desirable experience of understanding emerging HR related trends, legislation and good practice within a Charity
