Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Support Worker for Action Foundation’s supported housing projects. The award winning charity was established in 2005 to assist asylum seekers, refugees and other migrants in Tyne and Wear - we now have 28 properties supporting up to 95 clients. We need to add to the team working to overcome homelessness, isolation, exclusion and poverty.

You will manage a caseload helping your clients access the support they require. You will have a strong working knowledge of the welfare benefits system and experience of working with vulnerable adults. It is an exciting time at Action Foundation and your involvement could help shape the service in the future.
