Job description

Community Catalysts CIC is a busy, buzzy social enterprise that tries hard to live up to its name. We’re working in partnership with Wrexham Council and need an energetic, and imaginative person to coordinate things for us.

You will lead the Wrexham Community Micro-enterprise Project which will support local entrepreneurial people and community organisations to offer new and creative care and support options for people who need help at home. In this way we will help people to get the support they need to live the life they want.

To do this job you must:

  • Understand the world of care - but maybe feel it could do with a bit of a shake up!
  • Be a real people person - able to work well with all sorts of folks with confidence.
  • Instinctively make connections - and join up dots that are sometimes less than obvious.
  • Be able to spot what people are good at and nurture it.

Have a look at our website and the job description and person specification for more information about us and the job. You will be employed by Community Catalysts and based in the Wrexham area.

Follow the link to download an application pack which includes the job description and person specification

Closing date for applications is on 1st May 2024 at 1.00pm and interviews will take place on 8th May 2024 in Wrexham. We welcome applications from people from all sections of the community.

Mae'r Cwmni Buddiannau Cymunedol Community Catalysts yn fenter gymdeithasol brysur sy'n ymdrechu'n galed i adlewyrchu ei enw. Rydym yn gweithio mewn partneriaeth â Chyngor Wrecsam ac rydym angen person egnïol a llawn dychymyg i gydlynu pethau i ni.

Byddwch yn arwain Prosiect Mentrau-Micro Cymunedol Wrecsam fydd yn cefnogi pobl entrepreneuraidd lleol a sefydliadau lleol i gynnig dewisiadau gofal a chymorth newydd a chreadigol i bobl sydd angen cymorth yn y cartref neu yn eu cymunedau. Fel hyn byddwn yn helpu pobl i gael y gefnogaeth maent ei hangen i fyw'r bywyd maent ei eisiau.

I wneud hyn rhaid i chi:

  • Ddeall y byd gofal - ond efallai eich bod yn teimlo ei fod angen ychydig o weddnewidiad!
  • Gallu ymwneud yn rhwydd â phobl - gallu gweithio'n dda gyda phob math o bobl yn hyderus.
  • Gwneud cysylltiadau'n reddfol - ac ymuno'r dotiau sydd weithiau'n llai amlwg.
  • Gallu gweld cryfderau pobl a'u meithrin.

Edrychwch ar ein gwefan a'r swydd-ddisgrifiad a manylion y person i gael mwy o wybodaeth amdanom ni a'r swydd. Byddwch yn cael eich cyflogi gan Community Catalysts ac wedi eich lleoli yn ardal Wrecsam.

Dilynwch y ddolen i lawrlwytho pecyn cais sy'n cynnwys y swydd ddisgrifiad a manylion y person.

Y dyddiad cau ar gyfer ceisiadau yw 1.00pm ar y 1af o Fai 2024 a bydd y cyfweliadau'n cael eu cynnal yng Wrecsam ar 8fed o Fai 2024. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau gan bobl o bob rhan o'r gymuned.
