Job description

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where people affected by crime or traumatic events get the support they need and respect they deserve.

The successful candidate will be joining our London team and will be responsible for provide a high-quality, front-line service to bereaved people following Murder or Manslaughter and deliver a premium service. You will manage your own case load as well as a small team of staff and support the development and management of relationships with national and local commissioned services.

Supporting the Regional Manager when needed, you will ensure our service user led service is delivered in line with contractual requirements to a high standard.

To be successful in this role you need to have experience of working with vulnerable people and be able to demonstrate an understanding of performance as well as good leadership/management skills.
