Society of Antiquaries of London: Operations Manager

The Society is seeking to appoint an Operations Manager. This is an exciting new role responsible for managing the operational activities of the Society at Burlington House including information technology, facilities, health and safety, and security. You will also be responsible for designing and executing an operations strategy that ensures operations are fit for purpose.

The Society is a registered charity and the senior national Learned Society in Britain concerned with the conservation, research and dissemination of knowledge of the material remains of the past. The Society consists of 3,000 Fellows, drawn from scholars and practitioners working across the cultural heritage sector and is based in a Grade II* listed building in Piccadilly.

Contract: Permanent part-time (17.5 hours) per week (There can be flexibility in how hours are worked from week to week).

Salary: £18,000 p/a

Holidays: 28 days + 4 privilege days (full-time)

Pension: 10% Employer contribution
