Location: Hybrid working from office in Islington and home working

Salary: £13,800 - £15,000 pro rated to a 0.6 FTE from £23,000-£25,000 per annum. 

Hours: 22.5 hrs per week

About the Service:


Counselling service provides one-to-one counselling up to 16 sessions to survivors of VAWG and Moving forward group work.


About the role


The counselling service assistant is responsible to provide admin support to the counselling team including processing 1:1 and group referrals, allocations, session bookings and daily running of the admin systems.


About you


The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive counselling service assistant, providing administrative support to counselling service.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the admin systems, bookings, allocations for 1:1 counselling and groups.

The ideal candidate will have great organisational, IT and interpersonal skills with experience of working in very busy services as well as commitment to Solace’s values and ethos of recovery within trauma informed model, confidentiality, equality and inclusion.
