About the role
Solace is seeking an experienced, dynamic and high performing deputy director to join the senior management team. The post holder will work alongside the senior managers, directors and the CEO. The Deputy Director is responsible for managing and reporting on quality and is a key member of the Senior Management Team. She is expected to play a key role as a senior leader of Solace.
She will be accountable to the Director of Services, and will be her nominated Deputy in her absence, supporting in the development and implementation of best practice across our operational services. In addition, the successful candidate will lead on service user engagement and our apprenticeships and placement scheme, ensuring good practice is embedded throughout the organisation.
You will have a passion for ending violence against women and girls as well as a thorough understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on survivors.
