We are currently in the process of implementing a new Applicant Tracking System, (iRecruit) which will serve to improve the way in which we work in recruitment and retention. We are responsive to the needs of the organisation, and continuously seeking ways to improve our HR Service.
About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide timely and efficient administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager. They will support with the delivery of a professional service, maintaining fairness and consistency across our recruitment practices, and ensuring that these are aligned with Solace’s values.
You will assist with a wide range of HR administrative tasks throughout the candidate and employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding new starters and maintenance of HR systems (iRecruit) and records, as well as supporting the team with projects and initiatives as appropriate.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your HR career as part of a busy team. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Ideal candidates will have experience of providing administrative support within a varied and busy environment, with excellent organisational and planning skills. An interest in the area of recruitment and experience with applicant tracking systems are also desirable.
