During an exciting time to join SolarAid, a position has arisen at SolarAid for an experienced Supporter Care and Admin Assistant reporting to the Supporter Experience Administrator. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of donations, being a first point of contact to supporters and looking after those who engage with SolarAid's activities, as well as having office co-ordination responsibilities. It is a key time for SolarAid as we focus on new ways of engagng supporter and kick-start a new campaign in the Autumn.
