Our vision is for a world where everyone experiencing a mental health issue receives support and respect. Join our passionate, dedicated team and make a difference today.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive and resilient HR professional to join us. Based mainly at home, you will manage two HR Co-ordinators and an Administrator job-share covering Reception at our Head Office, who spend 50% of their time on HR administration and 50% on general calls/emails.
A key project will be to carry out a review of our approach to HR administration to enable this to be as efficient and effective as possible, maximising the use of our relatively new iTrent HR and Payroll system.
To be successful, you will be able to work well under pressure, have personal and professional credibility and have experience of dealing with employee relations issues and managing HR administration. Joining us, you will act as the deputy for the HR Director, so this is a great opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career in HR.
You will have a CIPD qualification, ideally at level 7; experience of HR administration and employee relations, line management, and developing HR systems; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and good IT and numeracy skills.
For the right candidate, we can offer a higher pay point within the salary range.
