About the role
Service User Involvement and Research is a key organisational priority for us. We are committed to putting service users at the heart of everything we do and making sure we understand the impact of our services, ensuring high quality of delivery and supporting partners in better understanding mental health through developing and delivering critical research projects.
In this new research and insight position, you’ll be responsible for engaging with service users and staff of all levels, as well as external research partners and stakeholders to help identify and undertake research, evaluation and analysis projects.
Using the feedback and data collected, you’ll help us make improvements as you identify themes, trends and gaps in our service provision, whilst contributing data and evidence for funding bids.
You’ll work remotely but there will be some project-dependent travel across Hampshire, together with some evening/weekend/bank holiday work required. This is a full-time position; however, part-time (minimum 28 hours per week) will also be considered.
