Sophie Hayes Foundation is the only independent organisation in the UK that focuses on providing women survivors of modern slavery with employability and educational skills necessary to help them achieve sustainable freedom. Our mission is to reach 1000's of women survivors of modern slavery in the UK today to shape a better future for themselves. We provide employability programmes to remove barrier to freedom, including vocational work placements, internships, volunteer opportunities, training, and formal education. We are committed to creating a society that views and treats these women with respect, leading to a better society for us all.
We are seeking a hard-working and talented fundraiser to join us as we embark on a new phase of our fundraising strategy. While we have built an excellent platform for growth, we are seeking someone who can bring a range of fundraisings skills, energy and passion to our team and who can take activity to the next level. You will be our only full-time fundraiser, so you need to be confident, articulate and prepared to cover all aspects of fundraising from data entry to stewarding some of our most valued supporters.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of major donors, corporates and/or charitable trusts and be looking for the next step in their career. We can offer enthusiastic colleagues, a committed Trustee Board and lots of flexibility.
