The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.
As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including our digital agency and the other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing Department and the wider organisation.
This role involves supporting various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and data analytics. The postholder will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient and effective running of a fundraising and marketing team dealing directly with donors at all levels to ensure they have the best donor experience. We need someone to help us to reach new people online, drive income and build an enhanced online supporter experience.
There is flexibility within the role; with a hybrid working approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Head of Project Delivery
High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and Hybrid Working (minimum two days office)
£94,467 (inclusive of a salary supplement) + Excellent Benefits Package
Our client's vision is to build new affordable homes to help more people who cannot otherwise buy or rent on the open market. The Development Directorate has a programme of between 400 and 500 homes a year with S106, land-led, package deals and joint venture projects. They are looking for a Head of Project Delivery who will be instrumental in helping them achieve this delivery and their wider vision.
It’s an exciting time to join them, on the back of a busy 2024 / 2025 where the Delivery Team managed the completion of over 520 homes. The new postholder will build on this success, motivating the Delivery Team to successfully manage current and future projects.
Reporting into the Assistant Director of Development Delivery, and playing a key part in the Development Leadership Team, this role currently directly manages a team of six, whilst working closely alongside colleagues throughout the Development Directorate and the wider business.
About you
They are looking for someone who can inspire, develop and motivate the Delivery Team, whilst ensuring successful project, programme and contract management. You will need to demonstrate your ability to do this alongside a great record of delivering diverse development programmes and a knowledge of the social housing sector.
Working via a mixture of office, remote and homeworking, you will have excellent and effective communication skills, being able to positively influence all levels of the business and a diverse range of external contacts. .
