My client is a Wiltshire based wellbeing charity that is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis in this fantastic, newly created role.

The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

  • Manage key relationships with over fifteen Senior Stakeholders from both finance and non-finance background.
  • Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Create solid budgeting and forecasting reports and communicating these across the business.
  • Engage in finance efficiency improvement projects, including the implementation of a new finance system and the development of existing month end reporting and accounting architecture.
  • Capacity building budget holders and other team members, in addition to being a key point of contact within the finance department.

With flexible working hours, a study support package and a vibrant and dynamic work environment, this is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual looking to shape their finance career and put their own stamp on the role.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have had exposure to preparing management accounts.
  • Be either a fully or part qualified accountant.
  • Ideally have come from a charity background.
  • Be proactive, an excellent communicator and have excellent Excel skills.
