In this role you would work to develop a positive programme of activities for young people aged 14 to 24 years who are seeking asylum, have refugee status or are vulnerable because of irregular immigration status. This includes weekly youth club sessions and holiday activities.
The role also includes co-delivering a youth participation programme which will aim to ensure that those with lived experience of the care and immigration systems are central to delivering the message about the importance of resolving nationality issues and immigration status, and are at the centre of any policy interventions.
The role will suit you if you have experience of working with young migrants to develop activities and a real commitment to ensuring that young people are involved in influencing decisions and policies which affect their lives.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
