We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated Human Resources (HR) professional to manage the Trust’s key HR processes, including recruitment and selection, performance management and staff development and learning. The post will provide support for managers and staff on a wide range of HR-related matters and advise on and develop new HR policies and procedures.
The role requires excellent organisational, administrative and communications skills as well as an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
