Job Description

My client, a well-known health care related charity based in Central London is looking to recruit an experienced Special Events Assistant/Administrator into their busy team, on a temporary basis.

The purpose of this role is to support the Special Events team in the delivery of the Auction, focusing on sourcing and organising the 'Box of Delights' raffle, silent auction, print sales and post auction lot fulfilment. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Special Events team, including ticketing administration, responding to emails and updating database records. You will also be required to attend the charities Events, providing support where necessary.

To be considered for this role, you will have Raiser's Edge experience and have the ability to provide excellent customer care with donors and supporters. You will have previous experience within a fundraising department. As this role is a temporary position, only candidates that are immediately available should apply.
