Head of Finance
Based: Milton Keynes
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum plus benefits
We are looking to recruit a Head of Finance who will have a vital and senior position in the leadership of the charity. Alongside responsibility for both the transactional and management accounting functions, you will be working collaboratively to ensure the charity has in place a strong financial strategy, policies, systems and controls. You will be the financial point of contact for the Charity’s board of trustees and also play a key role in the organisation’s Leadership Team.
With the ability to take responsibility for both the strategic and operational elements of a charity financial function, our successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA) with significant post-qualification experience. They will also have extensive experience in a finance role within the charity sector, with part of that in a similar role. SIA is renowned for our committed staff team and friendly environment and so self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills are equally as important to us.
This post is based at our modern offices in Milton Keynes, which is just a 30 minute train ride from London Euston, along with having other strong transport links. The role is full-time and is offered at a salary of circa £50k. Benefits include 28 days annual leave plus public holidays, access to pension scheme and life assurance cover, free car parking.
