The Phoenix Project is an exciting and innovative service, delivering sexual violence and domestic abuse services across Wiltshire and Swindon. Join us at a time of growth and development to support victims and children and help perpetrators change their behaviour.
To support the growing expansion of our services, we are recruiting for a new Deputy Manager for the Phoenix Project. With responsibility for the support of adult victims of domestic abuse, you will lead an innovative and experienced team of Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs) and Domestic Abuse Specialist Advisors (DASAs) to support hundreds of victims of domestic abuse, stalking and harassment.
You will have direct experience of supporting vulnerable people and of working in a multi-agency environment, exceptional communication skills and a dedication to safeguarding. We are keen to hear from passionate individuals who are motivated to help change lives for the better.
Staff who work at Splitz gain amazing experience across our full range of services, incorporating domestic abuse, sexual violence and behaviour change. You will be joining the organisation at an exciting time, with a new Chief Executive leading the charity and with an opportunity to influence our future direction.
Splitz recognises the importance of the well-being of our staff and all post holders are provided with independent clinical supervision alongside supervision and case management. We offer 25 days annual leave in addition all bank holidays (FTE) and the opportunity for some working from home.
We are proud to be an all-inclusive service, supporting victims regardless of: age, gender, sexuality, or relationship status. We welcome applications from all of our community, including males.
