To support and strengthen our growing service, we are recruiting to the new position of Deputy Manager for Phoenix, with specific responsibility for our specialist services, including:

  • The Accommodation and Resettlement Team
  • Line management of the Children and Young People’s Team Manager
  • Line management of the Group-work Manager.

The Phoenix Project is an exciting and innovative service, delivering sexual violence and domestic abuse services across Wiltshire and Swindon. Join us at a time of growth and development to support victims and children and help perpetrators change their behaviour.

You will provide pivotal support to our Deputy Head of Service, and be instrumental in the creation and development of our new accommodation and resettlement team.

You will be passionate, organised, enthusiastic and motivated to helping change lives for the better. We are seeking applicants with significant experience in working with vulnerable people, safeguarding and multi-agency working.
