We are looking for an HR Administrator for up to 20 hours per week to assist with the day-to-day tasks of managing the HR functions of our organisation. The post will involve varied administrative tasks such as producing letters, HR documents, manging the vetting process, absence monitoring and ensuring databases are up-to-date. We are also looking for someone with proven skills in Excel to assist in the preparation of payroll, producing reports and collecting the statistics required for the organisation.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is an important requirement in this role, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in the work of our organisation.
