We are looking for someone to be lead on Health & Safety, working closely with Practice and our external H&S consultants to support service delivery, ensuring compliance and managing risk.
They will need to lead the coordination of all organisational wide property repairs / maintenance, utilities, insurance, archiving, corporate purchasing and facilities activities.
Also responsible for the coordination of all corporate services matters relating to project / service transfers into and out of the organisation.
The role will also include working with Spurgeons senior management to provide managers with advice and guidance on disaster recovery and business continuity planning and to ensure that suitable continuity plans are in place at all premises and reviewed annually.
They will also be the budget holder for the Rushden office, having responsibility for the day to day Rushden premises up-keep, alarms and security and covering the Welcome & Support role when needed.
