There is a great opportunity for a keen individual to join our team based at our Central Office in Rushden, as a Payroll Officer.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing and validating the monthly payroll information and providing it to our payroll partner. This is an important responsibility to ensure our colleagues get accurately paid on time each month. You will also be the key point of contract for any pay queries, taking time to understand and resolve any issues.
The successful post holder should have previously worked in an office environment within the finance/payroll team. Previous payroll and pension reporting experience is essential, with a strong preference for having worked with an outsourced payroll service.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, have strong attention to detail and be a confident communicator who prides themselves in offering good customer service and is able to work autonomously.
This role is initially a fixed term contract for 12 months, working c20-25 hours per week across a minimum of 4 days.
