We aspire to ensure that everyone can bring their whole self to work, and we recognise that supporting wellbeing holistically is key to ensuring a happy and engaged workforce. The organisation is recruiting for an individual to drive our EDI and Wellbeing agenda as part of our overarching People Strategy, enhancing an organisational culture which champions and celebrates EDI and Wellbeing for our staff.
