You need to demonstrate a determination to overcome unexpected and unplanned incidents and be able to make decisions and solve problems in a prompt and professional way. Working with vulnerable people, your role is to protect them from harm, so vigilance is always expected.

The right person for the job must have the ability to oversee the work and outputs of others and have experience of dealing with complex issues likely to be presented by vulnerable people.
The role involves:
• First line response to all matters concerning St Anne’s Hostel Concierge service.
• Line managing Concierge Lead and Assistant Officers, supporting and developing them to reach their full potential, in addition to addressing attendance, conduct and capability issues.
• Ensuring that the Concierge team provides an excellent level of customer service.
• Completing administrative tasks, including completing and compiling reports and ensuring that incidents are accurately recorded by Concierge Officers, in line with set guidelines.
You must be able to work flexibly on a shift rota working at weekends plus public holidays.
Full training is offered to all successful candidates.
