Job Description

St Catherine’s Hospice is a local charity with a big ambition: to help everyone face death informed, supported and pain free. Providing expert hospice care, we’re there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when life comes full circle.

We are seeking an Training Co-Ordinator to join our Learning, Education & Development Team, based in Crawley..

The successful candidate will have

  • Good communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Organisation skills: to organise self and workload

  • Experience in a Learning and development role

  • Ability to plan and organise events

  • Knowledge of learning and development activities

  • Competent IT skills

  • Ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary environment

  • Experience of delivering training

This post is offered as a fixed term contract for 6 months on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
