We are seeking an Training Co-Ordinator to join our Learning, Education & Development Team, based in Crawley..
The successful candidate will have
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organisation skills: to organise self and workload
Experience in a Learning and development role
Ability to plan and organise events
Knowledge of learning and development activities
Competent IT skills
Ability to operate in a multi-disciplinary environment
Experience of delivering training
This post is offered as a fixed term contract for 6 months on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
