About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our busy multi-disciplinary therapy team. You will independently assess, develop and implement individual rehabilitation programmes for individuals with learning disabilities and / or behavioural related needs. You’ll use investigative and analytical skills, to formulate an individualised management and treatment programme based on advanced clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
Working closely with the team you’ll take a holistic approach to our complex service users and promoting their well-being will be at the heart of what you do. You’ll be managing, training and developing our Band 5 Physiotherapist, Therapy Assistants and other members of the team so experience of working in a multidisciplinary team supporting and supervising others is essential.
You’ll be a positive person who possesses excellent general professional skills and have experience within a range of clinical settings with adults / children who have complex and physical needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a diploma / degree in Physiotherapy, are HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
HCPC registration is essential.
