Job type: Full Time, Temporary – Maternity Cover - up to 1 year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £23,020 to £26,085 per annum

About the role:
This exciting role is based in our HR Operations team providing a people centred, professional and efficient HR service to around 750 colleagues. You will lead on recruitment and selection across the Centre working closely with our managers to ensure we find the right people for the right roles. No week will be the same – we employ teachers, nurses, care & learning support workers plus therapists and administrators to name a few.
This role has a wide remit. You will carry out interviews, meet with external companies to explore partnership working, facilitate focus groups and support with Centre wide project work. You will thrive on finding good people and writing innovative recruitment campaigns to attract the best of the best in a competitive sector. Your experience of high volume recruitment campaigns and use of applicant tracking systems & HR databases will enable you to hit the ground running ensuring that we find and start new people in the business quickly and efficiently.
