St Gemma’s Hospice is the largest hospice in Yorkshire and one of the largest in the UK. The Hospice provides palliative and end of life care for individuals and support for families and carers.
We are currently recruiting for a number of exciting new roles to support our ambitious plans for growth within the Income Generation Department. You will join a fun and vibrant team of talented individuals, with a passion for the work of the Hospice and a desire to provide an exceptional supporter experience.
This year, St Gemma’s has a fundraising target of more than £6 million. We are seeking a Senior Fundraiser (In Memory Giving) to join the busy and successful Supporter Engagement Team.
You will have a highly organised approach, strong IT skills, excellent relationship management and the ability to interact with a wide range of audiences. You will be meeting and speaking with bereaved people on a daily basis so having strong communication skills and the ability to be able to deal sensitively with the bereaved is essential.
