Job description

This is a new role in order to deliver the Community Fundraising Strategy which forms part of the organisations ambition to substantially increase income from voluntary donations and supporters. The role is to Engage, Inspire and Collaborate with communities to deliver fundraising initiatives. To provide a high standard of face to face support to key individual supporters and fundraising groups to secure and increase levels of support.

 

About the Role

This role can be based in either Birmingham, Bedminster or Exeter.
 
About You 

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals preferably with a fundraising or event management background. Ideally with a proven track record of growing net income through establishing, developing and nurturing volunteer fundraisers and fundraising groups including senior volunteers. We are looking for individuals motivated by fast paced and agile working environments. 

The role is based in communities and travel will be required. The role will require the ability to work evenings and weekends.
