About the Role
St John has been part of communities up and down the land for more than 100 years. Making sure our presence and services are responsive to the communities’ needs and are delivered to the highest standards is the responsibility of our Community Response Team.
As the Community Response Operative you will support work being developed in our communities as part of our partnership with the NHS. You will work across a number of key areas to provide care, treatment and support. These areas include Covid-19 swabbing, support in our mobile treatment centres and other NHS settings as needed.

You will have experience of working in a public-facing role where you are representing an organisation, as well as, working in a team to achieve high quality service delivery. This role does require you to hold a Full UK manual driving licence with category B. No more than 6 penalty points.
St John Ambulance works at the heart of communities, providing first aid, keeping people safe at events and working alongside the NHS in response to 999 calls.
